Equipment Responsibility

- Damaged ONT devices may incur charges.
- Unauthorized modifications are prohibited.
Technical Support
- Support available during office hours.
- Emergency maintenance may affect services.
- Scheduled downtime notices may be issued.
Service Termination
- Services may be suspended for policy violations.
- Outstanding dues must be cleared before cancellation.
- Company reserves rights to terminate misuse cases.
Privacy Policy
- User data is protected and confidential.
- Customer information is not shared without consent.
- Network logs may be maintained for security purposes.
Refund Policy
- Installation charges are non-refundable.
- Unused service periods are not refundable.
- Refunds are subject to management approval.
Installation Terms
- Installation timeline depends on area feasibility.
- Customer must provide power access.
- Extra fiber length may incur additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
- ZNSNET is not liable for indirect business losses.
- Natural disasters may affect service availability.
- Third-party infrastructure failures are excluded.
