Fair Usage Policy

  • Reselling internet without permission is prohibited.

Equipment Responsibility

  • Customer is responsible for router safety.
  • Damaged ONT devices may incur charges.
  • Unauthorized modifications are prohibited.

Technical Support

  • Support available during office hours.
  • Emergency maintenance may affect services.
  • Scheduled downtime notices may be issued.

Service Termination

  • Services may be suspended for policy violations.
  • Outstanding dues must be cleared before cancellation.
  • Company reserves rights to terminate misuse cases.

Privacy Policy

  • User data is protected and confidential.
  • Customer information is not shared without consent.
  • Network logs may be maintained for security purposes.

Refund Policy

  • Installation charges are non-refundable.
  • Unused service periods are not refundable.
  • Refunds are subject to management approval.

Installation Terms

  • Installation timeline depends on area feasibility.
  • Customer must provide power access.
  • Extra fiber length may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

  • ZNSNET is not liable for indirect business losses.
  • Natural disasters may affect service availability.
  • Third-party infrastructure failures are excluded.
